Why should I register with Localville?
Registered users of Localville enjoy a personalized experience every time they visit our site. As a registered user, you have access to a variety of exclusive features. You can save business listings and save searches.
How do I change my account profile and preferences?
You can access and manage all of your account information in the "Your Account" section.
To change your password, click the Edit button. Then, click the Change Password button. Type your new password in the New Password field. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field, and click on the Submit Changes button. Your settings will automatically reflect the change.
How do I save listings?
Registered users can save business listings in MY PAGES. To save a business address, click the Add as Favorite link in the listing on the search results page.
How do I save searches?
Click the "Save This Search" link at the top of your search results, and then name your search. The search criteria - collectively referred to as the search - will be stored and can be accessed in your Saved Searches.
How do I manage my saved listings?
You may delete any of your saved listings at any time. Click the X icon next to the saved listing which you want to delete.
What if I lose my password?
You can request a new password to be sent to you based on your e-mail address by clicking on
Forgot Password? in the sign in section.
What if my email address changes?
You may change your e-mail address via the Your Account page after logging in with your old e-mail address. Click the Edit button. Enter your new e-mail address and click the Submit Changes button.
I see a business listing that is outdated or incorrect. What do I do?
We want to make Localville the most accurate directory on the web. If any information is incorrect, please visit our
